Oh, Brother....

It really sucks when someone you love dearly leaves. It's a bittersweet moment. Of course, you know the person has to leave for the sake of becoming an adult, growing to be a wonderful person, and finding their place in life but it still hurts. Especially when you define the person as family but in reality you're not connected by blood. I believe these relationships play an important part in our lives and sometimes...the person of whom who is not biologically your brother but thought of as one is more connected to you then those who are biological.

Saying goodbye to a brother is the hardest part of all. Including the fact that I have no brother but he has taken the place of the brother I never had. Sort of like the saying "brother from another mother".

This person meant very much to me. Although I will not state his name "brother" will have to do or something along the lines of that.

My brother is a solid rock in faith. He strives to do all things through Christ and may I state he does a mighty fine job at it. He held our youth group together and was a true friend to each and every one of us. God was ready for him to move on with his life and become an even greater person in his faith. And through his process I KNOW he will succeed. I pray for him everyday. God grant him the serenity to accept the people he cannot change; the courage to change the ones he can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

Now, let me fill you in on a bit of background info.

He and I were not friends in the beginning. To tell the truth I was overly jealous of him. I felt he stole my sister away from me and the only way I knew how to deal with it was to treat him with utter disrespect and sharpness. I treated him like crap to say the least.

I highly regret the way I treated him for the first few years but I just couldn't get over myself. I was so ignorant and stupid. I think back now on the years I wasted and regret fills my heart. Knowing now that he treats my sister with nothing but love and respect gives me great joy. Through the slow process of excepting him I soon grew to love him dearly (as a brother, people). He is the brother I never had and I love him very much.

Good luck in your future brother. Stay true to your faith and God will take you far. "But those who trust in the Lord will find strength. They will soar high like wings on eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." - Isaiah 40:31.

God Bless! God knows the plans he has for you.

SUMMER!😝

School is over people! Let's celebrate!

I couldn't be any more relieved of the pain and agony I suffered for 8 months. Phew "oh what a relief it is".

I must say, I am so very happy for all of my wonderful teachers. You guys worked very hard to teach me valuable things to know and to help me grow in life. You guys did a great job and I couldn't be any more thankful. So I say, yet again THANK YOU!! I can't wait to see some of you guys next year!

I learned so much...Algebra 1, I am sorry, but you are useless.

Thanks y'all! Good luck in the future. Be strong to yourself, morals, values and most importantly your faith.

God Bless!

The Best Way to End a Relationship in Three Days

Depression to infatuation within seconds:

  • You see if you can be depressed about someone dumping you but then quickly move on to another person without knowing them then you have a problem. Most likely the sad misgiving of infatuation which is sometimes defined as "true love".
  • Romeo was dispirited because Rosaline his true love in reality never cared about him in the first place. He couldn't do anything because he was so heartbroken. But then, BOOM, he sees Juliet, meets her and asks for her hand in marriage. Is that not rash or what?! Movin' on a bit too fast there, mate...

Blame is a terrible thing:

  • If you kill someone out of rage and furious revenge because they killed your best friend, it’s best not to blame your fiancé. If you blame her/him then you're probably not going to have a fiancé much longer.
  • Romeo killed his best friend’s murderer and then moved on to blame Juliet for "softening" his heart. Oh, how I wish Juliet was at the scene...

Selfishness in a proposal:

  • If you were promised to another man and most definitely don't want to marry him, please, don't go and marry some other knuckle head you don't know. That's completely and utterly weird and selfish. Just tell your parents, or the dude. Might work out a bit better.
  • Juliet was promised to a man named Paris and had no desire to marry him. So, in her need to escape it somehow she decided, oh, I'll marry Romeo! Wow, best idea ever, Juliet...

Let’s run away together:

  • Let’s say your boyfriend was banished for murdering your cousin. What would you do? Please don't tell me that you're going to take a sleeping potion that acts as if your dead and then run away with him. That would be really depressing. Not to mention quite insane. Why would you want to run away with a boy who killed one of your family members?!
  • Juliet, for some odd reason, decided nothing was more important than Romeo and running away with him. So, her solution was to take a sleeping draught and when she woke up they would run off into the sunset. I personally think that's weird and would not want to run away with the murderer of my cousin...

And dead:

  • Don't commit suicide if your lover was supposedly dead. You might later find out that she was just SLEEPING peacefully waiting for you! And if they are dead still don't kill yourself! You have the chance to move on and start a new life. Besides would your significant other really want you to die?
  • Romeo, oh stupid Romeo, killed himself because Juliet looked as if she was dead. Which then lead to Juliet killing herself. Only if he would have waited a few more minutes to see her arise, alive yet again. But no the only thing that popped into Romeo's mind was "Juliet's dead, hmm, guess I should kill myself now..." Don't do that. Don't be stupid.

Let me remind you, these five things are what not to do in a relationship. So, please, for the love of crispy chicken, DO NOT do any of these things.

First ever Building of a Motor

I had the great honor to build a little motor in school today for a great science teacher. Let me tell you, it actually runs! Who knew?! I would post a video of the motor running but as it turns out videos cannot be posted on blogger (sadness). I will see if I can post it on my google account so, everyone, go to my google account! In hopes that it is there and if not then google most likely does not allow videos as well. Or I got ran over by a bus. Let's hope the first one.

Boom baby!

Who knew 80's music could cause such happiness?

I'm sitting here, bored at school with nothing to do so I decided I would pass my time rocking out to 80's music. Its been helping me pass the time for hours! I love it!

Bon Jovi and Journey get me through the day!😂 Don't stop believin'....Haha pun right there. No, sorry, that was dumb.

Have a good day guys! If you don't,  listen to 80's. It'll brighten your mood.

Fire and Ice

Snow, feet deep atop the mountain,
not yet melted with the rising sun
Yet blooming buds of trees and flowers
Above the green grass of dead things gone
Where fire burns red and bright
Atop the browning perch
Where people sit and warm
And stare to the burning embers bright
The veins glowing orange with flame great and large
The smoke and ash burning within
Eyes burn light, teardrops falling
Yet continuance of sitting, calling
